Oh dearest Facebook, how we love to hate thee. You are so fond of making sudden changes that disrupt the lives of your beloved users, causing them to go wild with protests on every existing social network, including your own. How dare you up and change your platform without giving at least 24 hour notice!
Can you tell I’m purposely being dramatic? If not, well I am! If you’ve logged on to Facebook today, you noticed there are some interesting changes to the news feed, such as a real time news ticker in the right corner and the option to note which friends’ stories are important to you, amongst others.

In the second initiative of Identity’s 2011 charitable giving campaign, we formed the Identity “Paw Patrol” to participate in the Mutt March to benefit the Michigan Humane Society. The Identity team participated in several activities prior to walking in the event to raise funds, including a bake sale and an “cutest pet” contest held on our blog. In the end, more than 45 people represented the Identity Paw Patrol team during the walk and raised more than $3,800 for the Michigan Humane Society.
