Epcon Communities Pressent Building Partner Sunshine Land With Awards Franchise Of The Year And Mentor Of The Year
DUBLIN, Ohio, April 23, 2008—Epcon Communities, a leading homebuilding developer and franchise operator based in Dublin, Ohio, announced today that building partner Sunshine Land of Port Clinton, Ohio received awards for Franchise of the Year and Mentor of the Year. The awards were presented at the 2008 Epcon Communities National Builders Conference in Pasadena, Calif., on March 18, 2008.
The Franchise of the Year Award is given to the franchisee who seeks out initiatives in support of the entire franchise organization; is willing to share information with Epcon Communities and other franchisees; is committed to the product and execution; successfully builds, manages and sells Epcon Communities; and, most importantly, is a team player.
The Mentor of the Year Award celebrates an individual or team that goes above and beyond to benefit fellow franchisees. The winner must be a member of the Mentor Directory, actively support other franchisees through Intranet Forums, and participate in conference calls and training.
Ron Case, Tom Bohlander and Tony Corona were the proud recipients of both awards this year.
