Identity Clients Earn National Recognition in Commercial Real Estate Trade Publications
06.01.09
At Identity, May is always a busy month. With several clients in the commercial real estate sector, the International Council of Shopping Centers’ annual RECon conference in Las Vegas is a major event.
Prior to this three-day event we are busy securing client interviews with premier commercial real estate trade publications to be part of their largest issues of the year. The May issues of these publications are distributed nationwide and widely available throughout the conference.
This year was no different. Identity clients were featured in all of the prominent commercial real estate trade publications. Some of this year’s May issue highlights include:
- Claudia Sagan, president of Claudia Sagan, Inc., offering advice on how lifestyle centers and malls should deal with retailers during tough economic times in Shopping Center Business.
- A company profile of St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises in Heartland Real Estate Business.
- Ivan Friedman, president and CEO of RCS Real Estate Advisors, in Chain Store Age discussing profitability tactics for strong and struggling retail chains.
- Jeff Green, president of Jeff Green Partners, looking beyond today's tribulations toward tomorrow’s trends in Shopping Centers Today.
- Yaromir Steiner, CEO of Steiner + Associates, in Retail Traffic discussing opportunities to convert failing retail centers into vibrant mixed-use town centers.
- Roy Higgs, CEO of Development Design Group, examining the role developed town centers can play in the revitalization of existing urban areas in Urban Land.
- A project profile in Shopping Center Business entitled “CityCentre Comes to Life,” examining CityCentre Midway Companies’ new mixed-use development in Houston.
- Partner John Eymann of M+A Architects discussing incentives for centers to move forward with green initiatives despite the downturn in Shopping Centers Today.
