While in New York, we accompanied the client to this introductory meeting, where he had a chance to talk about the rise in consumer confidence in April. He shared his belief that “Confidence is not [fully] restored, but fear is abating.” His comments appeared in a published article the next day, proving the value of face-to-face meetings, and the importance of building and maintaining solid relationships with the media.
