Richard L. Rubino and Sam Liang, founders of Newton, Massachusetts-based asset protection firm, Rubino & Liang, LLC, were recently featured in an MSNBC.com article titled "Why do we do such a lousy job with our 401(k)?"

"A major problem with 401(k) plans is the average person starts one and chooses five investments when they start out, and they don't change them for 20 years -- more than half of the people I see do that," said Sam Liang.

Rubino & Liang specialize in estate planning and preservation, asset protection and inheritance planning for those nearing retirement and those already retired.

Earlier this year, they released their first book titled "No Blood, No Money: How to Make It, Keep It and Pass It On To Your Loved Ones." Aside from being published authors, Rubino & Liang also host their weekly syndicated radio program "Senior Financial Focus," which can be heard on multiple AM and FM stations in the greater Boston area.
