who is on the team ![]() Graphic Designer Lauren Hughes serves as a graphic designer for Identity, assisting in all aspects of the creation and production of graphic design projects, including but not limited to marketing collateral, Web initiatives, advertisements, newsletters and article reprints. Lauren’s love of graphic design is rooted in the unpredictability of the graphics process and the variety of projects, from print advertisements and newsletters to re-branding ventures and Web design. She loves working at the Identity Zoo, AKA the graphics department with Michele the bright bunny, Chris the mellow meerkat and, her fearless leader, Bethany the giggly gopher. Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from The University of Michigan, where she concentrated her studies in religious arts and graphic design. Prior to joining Identity, she worked as an ad designer for The Michigan Daily and as a Web designer for The University of Michigan News Services. Lauren is very committed to community service and she is currently volunteering with the Conversation Connection Chinese Ministry, where she works to develop the English conversation skills of Chinese students and scholars at U of M. While she isn’t hard at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, laughing, watching The Office and just being the life of the many parties she plans. |
