who is on the team  Director of Marketing Monica Ireland joined the Identity team as Director of Marketing in 2008. Monica’s focus is representing Identity’s real estate development client Steiner + Associates, and she is located on-site at their offices in Columbus, Ohio. Monica’s background is unique to Identity with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University. She lends a perspective from the real estate developer’s viewpoint as she understands the many aspects of real estate development and the required message for making projects successful. She has many years of experience completing large-scale complex projects and leading teams of diverse cultures. Monica previously worked for Walt Disney Imagineering in Orlando, FL and participated in a 2 year ex-patriot adventure living in Treviso, Italy during the construction of Disney’s first two cruise ships, the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder. Monica also worked on Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge resort project enabling her to travel to Africa and Indonesia. With parents from Mexico, Monica is fluent in Spanish and can carry a conversation in Italian. In Columbus, Ohio, Monica keeps busy with her husband and two small children and enjoys time with her family as they cook, garden, travel, entertain, and execute home improvement projects to their 1890’s Victorian home. |
