Spring 2005 Identity launches IR practice, opens Grand Rapids office

Identity has launched an investor relations practice headed up by former Microsoft investor relations veteran, Tim Hanson, who recently joined our team as vice president of investor relations.

Identity now has the ability to provide strategic investor relations counsel to both public and private companies seeking to communicate effectively with their stakeholders.

“Historically, many public and private companies seeking investor relations counsel had to look outside of Michigan,” said Mark Winter, partner at Identity. “Now, with the launch of our investor relations practice and the addition of Tim, companies will have high-level expertise close to home.”

In conjunction with this announcement, Identity is also pleased to announce the opening of our Grand Rapids office, to serve the growing West Michigan market. West Michigan is a strategically important market, underscored by the fact that Grand Rapids is Michigan’s fastest-growing metropolitan region and one of the top 100 fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S.

Tim will head up both the IR practice and Grand Rapids office. His experience spans nearly a decade, guiding companies through initial public offerings, secondary offerings, equity offerings, corporate acquisitions and transactions, quarterly earnings, annual reports, shareholder meetings and investor meetings.
